I would not short sleep country. Their balance sheet is safe, they own over 30% of the market and have the #1 online business in the industry. Although sales will decline in the short term I think safe to assume they will emerge stronger once economies open up.

Also, without a controlling shareholder there is a good chance private equity is sniffing around.
