Re-instatement?

Might this mean we will see the monthly dividend restored? Mining will likely resume next week as per the company press release. I'm thinking that since production stopped in July, it may take a few months until investors realize the reinstatement of the monthly dividend. Comments?

Production resumes within a week ONCE the roadblock is resolved. Key distinction.
