I voted NO
to the offer! We are being scammed, ripped off and boned all at the same time! Of course the BOD would make a "for" recommendation for the vote, they could care less about us little guys! I'm willing to bet that all the wheels at the top are being well greased with premium lube, it is just us little guys that are getting sand in the Vaseline!

I voted no as well, just like I voted no to the lsg takeover! Didnt make any difference, lsg was taken over and i beleive THO will be taken over. Its all behind the scenes lining of pockets and scams, seems to be the common trend these days, hard to find people with integrity!

Integrity in the mining sector apparently doesn't exist! What is truly amazing is that we, the small investor, can get robbed by the big players and seemingly nothing can be done about it.
