Pretty hard to get a spike when there is no trading (yet).  Things are way too quiet.  Only 1 trade for 5k shares  in the last week.  We know things are progressing, no way they would have got the 3 million advance otherwise.  Maybe we're in some sort of blackout period??  Somethings going on behind the scene, I'm thinking.  Just my humble opinion.     Sharkey
