If 2 years ago NAV  was $70,000,000 and it was trading at 0.15 to 0.37,

just do the math using 0.15 ( 15 devided 70m x 44m  = 9.5 cents )

you need a calculator for this one.

Maybe new money coming in, that's why the consolidation.
