WHAT IF

Check out Hana mining (HMG-v).

If  the insiders of SND and TBD were to get together, knowing what they know about how good the Nat Gas production really is at Gordon Creek. They make an offer for all the outstanding shares of TBD (120,000,000 shares fully diluted) @ 0.30 cents per/share, it would only cost $36,000,000 to take TBD private, WHY.

Why, you might ask, do the math.

55 wells x 300 mcf/d x $3.00 ($4.00 - $1.00) = $49,500 per/day cash flow.

Cost of takeover $36,000,000 / $49500 =728 days.Payback just 2 years.., every year after that $17,000,000 cash flow all theirs.

Double the bid to 60 cents per/share and double the Nat Gas per/well production to 600 mcf/d, still only 2 year payback.

YOU DO THE MATH.

WHY NO NEWS, WITH ALL THAT IS GOING ON.

WHY DID SND GIVE $3,000,000 ADVANCE TO TBD. (WHAT DID THEY SEE)

STOCK HELD AT LOW PRICE (to make takeover bid look good)

VERY SECRET

ONLY INSIDERS KNOW HOW GOOD IT REALLY IS.

Production must be better than we all think, some existing wells at Gordon Creek had initial production as high as 2.5 Mmcf/d or 75 Mmcfp/month
