Big dilution upcoming
Interesting that the price hasn't moved at all despite the good news to come. Just doing a little math, if the 50 day average stays at .18, we'll see dilution of 14.2 million shares, as I understand it. That works out to about 17% of the shares outstanding. There must be a plan, perhaps SND gets the 14 million shares and THEN the price moves up. Total speculation on my part. I just hope the shareholders are being served. Regards to all. Degans

This management team does care about its shareholders. Just look at their past with Defiant Energy. Patience will be rewared. They are growing operations. Its not even a $20 million market cap company yet. A little dillution wont hurt as long as production is increasing. 2013 should be a banner year for Thunderbird. I hold 200,000 shares and Im not selling any. GLTA
