Why doesn't the IPO offering price range of 24-27 reflect the added shares if 1 US share = 200 individual shares?  This amounts to 38% dilution so it should be <$15.

very disappointed, not much interest, didn't even fill half of the raise on the lower end ($24). Pretty much Sheffield, Liberty and HP. What's the next CR going to be???

I think that the potential of the Beetaloo is there. I do not think that Sheffield Senior, Sheffield Junior, H&P and Liberty made a poor assessment of the Beetaloo. These guys are there to earn another 60 billions, me thinks.

The point of moving to the US was they could raise money easier, this is a big project with lots of moving parts (infrastructure, LNG, etc.) To only raise half was disappointing. But hey it's early days. Kinda like pushing a tank uphill with all the eco Terrorists shooting at you, lol. Just hoping for common sense to raise it's head. Good day.
