How can this be better than a 7% sellers fee ? Once again its not a great deal and take off 7% and 20% so they can buy shares at .045 when everyone else pays .055 .Its NOT FREE MONEY and its really like 5.5 mil not 7 mil. as its discounted 20% only good for about 4 months of Tetra money waste.
