EMH could be the lrgest producer of weed in two years.If all works out with the approvals for the greenhouse conversions with their JV partnership with Village Farms, they could produce up to 300K kilos per year. That's 300 million grams! Since its a 50/50 deal lets say 150 million grams and with their own expansion let's add another 40 million grams per year. So that in a couple short years EMH could be producing 190 million grams per year.
Without calculating any other profits from sales of pharma, intellectual, or other sales outlets in Europe or any misc. Just using the sales of the cultivated weed at a Dollar per gram to produce, minus the 50% cut factored in, How about $760 Million a year in profit in just a couple years.
PE of 20 (Prob. much higher in this dynamic growth industry) thats $15 Billion dollar company
With current share structure, looking at a price of $101/share! Sounds crazy but the math does not lie. Retrofitting the green houses for 20 million as apposed to the big boys that are laying out 100 plus million, EMH's plan is brilliant!
