My revenue - share price calculations for 1 year from today.
My revenue - share price calculations for 1 year from today.Pure Sunfarms Next year fall/winter, 2018, Production 80 kilo divide by half per the JV partnership with Village Farms. = 40 kilo, add their own production Richmond BC Greeen house =50 kilos.
= (90 kilos of their own production after split with VillageFarms and adding their own space.)
90 kilos X 1000 = 90 million Grams X $4/gram (conservative) = $360,000,000 in Revs. going into
2019. 2019 revs could double!
So, $360 Million X a PE of 20 = $7.2 BILLION dollar market cap! Divide that by 150 million shares (I added for further dilution) = $48 share price. I know it sounds crazy sitting here around 3 per share.
Maybe it takes a couple years but honestly with their further expansin plans for 2019 and beyond,
that price should tripple! All in my honest opinion. I am just speculating with what i think are reasonable calculations if their plans work out! Good Luck and happy investing!
