The parties intend that under the Program, MediPharm may provide cannabis oil to Emerald or to other approved distributors of medical cannabis at the direction of Emerald. Alternatively, Emerald may release the cannabis extract for use by MediPharm. The Program will be established at no capital cost to Emerald, however, MediPharm will charge Emerald a processing fee for the cannabis oil produced and the revenue earned on sales of cannabis oil by MediPharm will be shared between MediPharm and Emerald.

This is another very smart deal cut by EMH. It effectively gives EMH control of where and to whom the oils are sold while making revenue on the feedstock. In other words, NOT to the likes of direct competitors like TRST. Furthermore, EMH shares the revenue of every millilitre produced and sold by MediPharm. This move effectively yields revenue for EMH on every sale made to MediPharm's client base.

So to the naysayers who said EMH doesn't have enough medical MJ clients... this move just changed that forever. To those who said EMH doesn't produce enough MJ to supply the demand... apparently they ARE and MediPharm IS confident enough to enter into this agreement due to seeing the Pure SunFarms facility. Fact is.. they'll have plenty spread around BUT only to friendly, mutually vested companies in the space.
