Is EMS / EMH Management Aware of...
EPHS (Emerald Plant Health Source) who has applied for their license as a producer in a JV with Merritt Valley Cannabis? They're a US financed company which seems to be capitalizing on the Emerald trademark. They also claim to have facilities in Quebec. A little too close in name for comfort IMO.
