though I doubt you've posting the entire piece as I don't see any smoking gun in their other than they feel it's fully valued. Nothing about the small amount of insider selling. I must've mistaken the SA report for the Citron report. It's that one that I'd like to read in full. Can anyone post that one in full? BTW Ash.. in your valuation of EMH.. your initial premise that EMH only owns 50% of Verdelite is incorrect. EMH is the sole owner of Verdelite.
