RE:RE:where has everyone gone?Take a look at the income statement and related party transactions in the financial statements.  The last thing EMH needs is to pay even more for "marketing/branding".  

I agree that PSF is clearly very good in terms of expected earnings from the venture.  However it would seem that in EMH the company will offset these earnings with lots of expenses including management compensation, other "expenses" to related parties, direct purchases of related companies (I'm sure at a fair price...) and other bloated G&A expenses.  If you think that PSF is a good investment, I don't see why you would buy EMH instead of VFF.
