One should look at the whole mj index as whole, lets not ignore ACB has come down from 16 to 6, Weed 76 to 30, Tgod from 7.3 to 2.3, Riv from 7 plus to 2.2, Alef from 4 to 90 cents, Khrn from 4 to 1.25.
