RE:RE:Painful

RE:RE:PainfulWouldn't surprise me to see VFF make a move to buy them out of PSF...

At some point, EMH just looks like it's not contrubiting anything, AT ALL, to the JV and that VFF would have been 100 times better making the transition on their own... Even worse, with EMH's shaddy management with their history of making self serving deals at the detriment of their own shareholders, I'm sure they are dragging VFF down by association.

Just imagine if VFF had partnered with some real good players in the industry! The tune would be completely different...

DiGiglio really wasn't too bright to partner up with Dhillon on this! I can really imagine that they must be getting annoyed and impatient with EMH... It's not surprising to see that some tensions would arise.

EMH did agree to buy 40% of the JV's supply and I don't see how they will be able to prove they aren't responsible for this purchase. They've had plenty of time to seek out distribution channels and efficient ways to profit from this agreement, but they've done nothing but create shaddy deals with their privately owned parent company...

Last thing... On the other hand, I don't think DiGiglio will be stupid enough to pay today's price for the other half of the JV... Meaning, I don't think they'll be willing to pay these crazy premium for cannabis production as they trade multiple times higher than book values. He knows they are nothing but farming asset producing a commodity. I'm sure he'll wait a long time for the value to become more reasonable before making a move.

I believe well see a reversal once news is digested altho disputes r not good I dont view this as a negative. Also vff may just choose to buy out emh
