RE:Village to Crush Emerald?right now Emh is extremely vulnerable.Vff could simply take them in a 60% takeover bid and us shareholdes would probably take it.60% of 150 il is about 80mil.They could pre buy now on open market for a chunk of the 60% at much lower and get control for 60 mil.
