We can speculate but the main thing to take note of is that someone bought $8M of EMH at the end of November ($5.5 via EMS + $2.5 directly from EMH) for $0.57.  These are private placements, likley from the same investore, for common shares (no security).  I doubt it is VFF and more likely someone that is willing to put more $ to work here given they would be well aware of the cash issues.  With $5.5M being done through EMS they were trying to hide this transaction.
