facts are facts and EMH has fewer options than does that of VFF...  when you have less power at the table, share price takes a beating.  Ask yourself, who wants to buy into a risky business when there are so many other opportunities in the same space.  As it is, There will only be a few winners in the Cannabis arena and given that EMH management has no experience, well you know the rest!
