As a lawyer who has practiced aboriginal law in BC for over a decade, I can say that Johnny2Barrels has no idea what he is talking about. The BC government is not going to revoke the existing mining permit.

As for the Petition related to the Endako expansion, we do not know yet whether this has any merit. One would assume that the company would have undertaken adequate consultation, but that remains to be seen.
