RE:RE:Shares traded down at .085

RE:RE:Shares traded down at .085Correction -- and now without the typos & writing errors (sorry I must be tired!) -- to make matters worse, when you look at the MD&A recently filed, you will find that despite the lack of any significant development/accomplishment this past year, the actual salaries & consultation fees have remained relatively the same when comparing the 9 months ending April 30th (2015 vs. 2014) while the share based compensation during that same period went from $154k to $349k!  Certainly not a good sign in my book.

If anything, you would think that since we are in a sort of "let's just wait and see what happens to Spring Valley scenario", that both consultation & share based compensation figures would actually go significantly down.

I am hoping for some change, whether it is internally by a shift in management's behavior towards enhancing shareholder value,  or externally by my previously mentioned discussion of something happening at Spring Valley with Midway & Barrick.

The AGM is August 26th so maybe management will give us some insights to recent developments in the next 7 weeks.
