Spring Valley developments- Possibly a good thing

Spring Valley developments- Possibly a good thing Well here is the latest news!

Barrick has also reached an agreement to sell the company’s 70 percent interest in the Spring Valley project and Barrick’s 100 percent interest in the Ruby Hill mine to subsidiaries of Waterton Precious Metals Fund II Cayman, LP(" Waterton") for $110 million in cash

Midway's stock has been halted so it is not out of the question to guess that they might have done a deal with Wateron as well.

I would rather have a motived new buyer who has dropped some considerable cash to buy Spring Valley because they certainly did not purchase it just to sit idliy on the property for years!
