Fullplate, I think you are being too hopeful.  Last time CEO Todd Hilditch decided to go the way of the "special people" in favor of all shareholders, he did delay the announcement closer to the actual expiration (i.e. The warrants were expiring July 31st and we learned about his filing to the TSX for approval on July 18th).   So if the past is any indicator we won't be hearing anything for another 1-2 weeks.  Like you, I won't believe anything until after the expiration date.  Once you open up the door to special privileges and entitlements, it's hard to close it.  We will have to wait and see.
