US regional banks FHN

All regional banks are significantly down and dragging down even large ones. What are possible outcomes of FHN closing? Will TD, or does TD have to close it? Also TD. Has exposure to Charles Schwartz. How will that affect TD sp in the mid to long term? Anyone any thought?

I'm not a big fan of TD.  I feel they have some backroom problems.  That didn't prevent me from buying some cheap shares today. GLTA.
