First Republic Bank ?

Any chance TD is looking at bidding for First Republic Bank? They're not getting much time to do due diligence. I thought I read somewhere that once TD acquires First Horizon that TD will be the sixth largest bank in the US. It feels like TD almost is obligated to look at FRC.
