Sellers have been slowly taken outOnce again there was a big block of shares for sale over the past month or so but it finally looks like most of those shares have been taken out. The last time this happened the stock more than doubled. A nice positive and material news release regarding yet another contract win would be a good catalyst to get things moving in the right direction.
