The company, which provides real-time tracking, security and monitoring services for the global container and freight market, said OpenBox Ventures Inc has signed up to use its technology in the USA.

T42 said it expects revenues of around US$21mln in the first three years of the contract and US$29mln over the lifetime of the distribution agreement.
