$GEMS just closed a $2.1M private placement - $1.6M @ $0.25/share which I think is a solid price after being in the high teens all the summer & after the recent run-up where its now found support in the mid .20’s

+another $500K in flow through shares at $0.35

$GEMS.c up 3.8% @ $0.27 ,mc $20.85M

+ pursuing potential listing on to list on ASX due to Australia’s interest in $GEMS Lithium projects - could bring a lot more retail interest in this
