RE:RE:RE:OUCHVinny
I see you haven't changed or mellowed much ;) ;) ;)
This isn't something we all didn't know or should have known about
What is there not to like:
They released the Tilray Q1, 2021 earnings without an official NR
Guess it must be with the NR of the disposing of the 49% of Marigold
Aren't we a little old to be playing Hide N Seek
Now have almost $1M in goodwill on the books
By the way Tilray's goodwill is/was much better then APHA
Approx only 1/3
Next earnings is Q4 which is year end which usually = write downs
There will be probably be a raise coming in the next 30 - 60 days
Losing market share the past few Q's
Yes they still can be the #1 but that doesn't mean they aren't losing market share
Seems COVID hasn't impacted sales in the USA much judging by CURA, HARV and Acreage ER's today
Hell even VFF showed a small increase in cannabis revenue Q over Q
But tomato sales suck & they got taken to the woodshed
There no doubt it has had an impact on Cdn LP's but to the extent it did on our Q3 earnings. They were brutal.
Down 23.82% Q over Q
Also the cost per gram & all in costs increased QvsQ
Hmmm...???
I could keep going on & on but I think you get the idea
I said in a previous post that there are some headwinds that need to be worked through in the next couple of Q's
Oh and I did mention the $37M Irwin got out of the merger on top of the $18M salary
Not a word was said
Still believe in this company and still believe it's the Best Cdn LP
But we could be sitting on dead money for the next couple of Q's or even maybe until the end of the year, unless there is a major announcement wrt to a partner in the interim but don't hold your breath
This too shall pass and the sun will come up tomorrow
Stay Long & Strong
All The Best To The True Long Suffering Longs
Cheers,
