Tilray references their recreational product categories as Premium Plus, Premium, Core and Economy. While they do have Good Supply listed under "Core" I have always considered it to be an Economy Brand.

For a while I have been wondering when are they going to do a price drop on Good Supply to keep up competively in the Economy category. There are 47 Pages (OCS) in the Flower category and Good Supply at the way it was priced was getting buried 8 pages deep. It became no longer competitive to other econo offerings. When it comes to budget buyers there will not be a lot of Brand loyalty so it must be priced right, which it hasn't been for a long while.

Well, they just made those adjustments to Good Supply pricing. Happy to see it. With this new competitive price change Tilray now has a decent amount of offerings on pages 1, 2 & 3 of the OCS mainly being Good Supply & Bingo. So Tilray is now up front and center of the Econo shopper versus being buried 8 pages back.

Good Supply now @
$17.50 to $21.50 3.5 grams
$69 to $75 for 15 grams
$100 to $115 for an ounce

There is also a new Canaca premill offering (21-27% THC). OGI has had good success with their SHRED brand which is one of the Top 12 most search for Brands on the OCS. Shred flower offerings are all pre-mill but they have been movers. I expect the Canaca offering is meant to compete directly against Shred to obtain some of that market share and this new offering should do well being at a better price point and also a higher thc range.

These are the adjustments that need to be made to take back some Canadian market share. Happy to see them taking action.
