Thanks to you, us former APHRIA shareholders are having to pay a pretty hefty tax bill this years as Aphria shares are deemed a disposition. In your "deal" you didn't give that a thought did you. That's because it didn't matter to you. We are having to pay 50% Capital gains tax on the majority of those shares. Tilray share holder do not. Yet we are the company that ate Tilray!  My tax bill????? $189,000 Canadian ..... and that is including nearly $50,000 claimed as a Capital loss from preceeding years. Otherwise it would have been nearly A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS!!!! Ya, thanks Simon. Thanks a fcukin' lot!
