Nothing has changed? Canadian stocks rally?What I've said is that Canadian cannabis LPs ride the coattails of US news and get a short term gain in share price - and then proceeds to fall back. US MSOs experience more sigificant gains and sustain them to a larger degree.
Your 6 month old article proves my statement.
Let's look at share prices on Aug 30/23 - per your article regarding DEAs possible reclassification
Aug 30/23 Feb 2/24 +/-
Tilray $ 3.59 $ 2.55
(-$1.04) ACB .64 .52
(-$ .12) Weed 6.00 6.28
$ .28 Cresco $ 1.70 $ 3.51
+$ 1.81 Cura 4.32 7.62
+$ 3.30 Trulieve 5.40 15.00
+$ 9.60 Verano 4.19 9.34
+$ 5.15 What has changed is that Tilray's share price has dropped since the Aug 30 DEA news - and MSOs have seen signifcant gains.
Facts are facts - US law does not apply to foreign cannabis LPs like Tilray. Even Simple Simon stated that - and he must be smart - he earns $25 million a year.

Cannabis stocks rally amid reports DEA may reclassify drug a
Nothing has changed here folks, with Tilray Brands! No news from the DEA. All hype on the MSO's
The MSO's promoter's/shorts would like you to think it's changed but, in reality it hasn't .
It would be a first for Canadian LP's NOT TO rally on rescheduling/safe or news from the DEA. Anything on Legalization in the USA . Never happened...yet!
So, you might say risk is extremely low in that category. Reward is very high! Personally, I will take the odds, gladly!
All it takes is a quick google search!
