Just sharing as FYI. I am not on other forums so I cannot comment on where these comments come from and who is saying it however it chatter about Germany. I already resposded to the forum user over on the WEED forum and noted that the same thing was seen in Canada just prior to legalization where Cannabis users were registering as medical users simply to get access to Medical grade Cannabis.
