Simple Simons annual compensation

Simple Simons annual compensation

is $25 million USD - you can break that down into salary and free options, and 'performance' bonuses (?) if you like - doesn't change the total.

This has been explained to you dozens of times - but if you say it's not, then tell us - how much does Simple Simon make a year then?

Keep costs down? Tilrays COGS is out of control, Tilrays profit margin of 34% is well below the industry average of 50+%

Performance bonuses - Tilray reported a net loss of $1.5 billion last year based on his poor decisions. Simon received bonuses on gross sales, not an incentive to show profit - that's why you get nonsensical acquisitions, growth by acquisition.

Baded on $25 million U.S. -

TLRY CEO making $$

This has been explained again and again on the forum so I'll keep it brief.  The salary of TLRY management is largely made up through stock options And performance bonuses.  This is the norm for publically traded companies

Yes, the insiders have been buying this year and yes, the shareprice has improved.  Is the CEO making $82k per day (combined) through salary and through his shares?  Frankly I can't say for sure as the shareprice changes daily.

Do I care? Not really, as long as he keeps cost down, makes the most of Tilray Medical in Germany and has the company well prepped for US entry then I'm fine with it.  His success with the business will start showing up in the shareprice on the market and that's how I see gains without having to do the job he has

If you care to be a Corp CEO yourself then research what is needed and invest in the education.
