The US is a larger market by 100 fold than the combined 20 countries medical cannabis sales for the last 5 years.

Tilray Ships to 20 counties
The map is on their website. Can't say if they have first mover advantage on all of those but at least they are not restricted to selling in only in Canada or restricted to only the US states.
For myself I see this as a big plus for the company
