Tilray now has 100% of Truss Beverages as well as Riff. They have their craft beer line in the US and can likely pair up these 3 components for expanded beverage sales within the US as soon as regulations allow.

Looking at this from a "bang for the buck" perspective I do not see the target company being tied to beverages.
