The press release was pretty clear, they plan on raising 'up to' $250 million.
BUT seeing as how YOU posted that you knew what company they were going to acquire, you must have a valuation in mind ( based on an incorrect book value, no doubt).
So instead of making weak effort posts - why don't you reveal you're prediction of the company you identified with your 'cough,cough' research?
You posted the prediction - anyone can do that, so man up and tell us. If you're right, you're a hero, if you're wrong - you're the goat but the way you're doing it - you're just the goat.
