So am I right in assuming
Everyone's Canadian holdings converted to Tilray Canadian holdings. There was no CAD to Nasdaq at the agreed .83 Tilray. It was Canadian to Canadian and many took a haircut? I purchased a chunk of Canadian shares assuming they would convert to Tilray US
shares at the agreed rate. That didn't happen

Can confirm. I also assumed the conversion to TLRY US. Took the CAD haircut instead.

This haircut for me was 9 grand. Just like that bad enough we're enduring two weeks red. Maybe someone can explain what we don't know.

Yup, unfortunately what I was expecting as well. my 8500 shares turned into 7123, and my average cost went from around $15 to $22.49. My broker just sold my shares and bought into the CAD Tilray. First Aurora screwed me over, now Aphria.

This twenty percent spike reduced backlash but none the less what a mess. The brokerages really fumbled this one. To me it makes no sense no matter how many times I crunch the numbers.

Join the egg on face club. I've got plenty of paper towels to spare though. Again, the final jeopardy is.....what is -45%?

Gonna need you to toss me some paper towels. I'm all out because I've been cleaning my face off for weeks. Guess I should just .. be better at stocks?

Yep thats exactly wha happened to me as well, and according to the website we should have been sitting on TLRY US so whos to blame? The broker or the company..seems to be quite the mess and my shares are still frozen with a value of 100% loss. I thinking there is alot of back office confusion on this one!

I bought 2000 shares of APHA the day before the merger( I will never do that again..lol). APHA - 2000 shares @ avg $16.91 Canadian The conversion was - 0.8381 for 1 APHA share So, after the merger I ended up with.. TLRY - 1676 shares @ avg $20.19 Canadian I use RBC Direct investing. Hope this helps

Aint this pathetic? Having to scrape for a few dollars in a situation, begging for answers and some dollars, on something that was supposed to be good for everyone all around.
