Does anyone know why MMEN is halted

The press release says "halted for de-listing" - not sure what this means wrt the deal Tilray made with them.

It is the Warrants that were Halted to be delisted,.. MMEN.WT they expired yesterday. Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 21 septembre/September 2021) - MedMen Enterprises Inc. Warrants listed on September 27, 2018 will expire on September 27, 2021. Settlement Terms: All trades September 23 and 24 will settle for cash next day.
