Tilray + HEXO Merger / Acquisition a Given

IMHO Irwin Simon has dropped enough hints through his recent interviews and Press Releases to give us a heads up that Tilray will be moving towards a acquistion of HEXO Corp.

Tilray and HEXO Corp hold the Top1 and Top 2 positions for market share in the Canadian Cannabis Sector, both hold larger market share than that of Canopy Growth and Aurora Cannabis.

Combined the new / larger Tilray will be the Canadian Cannabis Leader and undisputed King of Cannabis.  Going forward to when we see America Legalization they will be well positioned for US Expansion between the deals in place with Medmen by Tilray and the facility owned by HEXO Corp in the US as well as the deal they hold with Molson Coors.

But Hexo sucks, too much debt. Tilray helped a bit with recent deal, still not great and we cannot compare it with TLRY, the king headed by Irwin

You will need to point me to a company that has little to no debt as every company has some amount of it as part of their business development and expansion.  Tilray is expanding it's business an it's opportunities by forming a Joint Venture with HEXO Corp and working together with HEXO on product development as well as sharing costs (and providing savings) by combining production ...more

It certainly does seem to be the right path to take in order to achieve the potential 4 billion by 2024.

Irwin paid himself 30 million dollars in 2021, he is the king of overpaid CEO's in the cannabis sector. Everyone is forgetting about the reverse stock split happening in mere weeks, it's funny and sad at the same time. Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Reverse stock split? Did I miss something? Could you direct us to this NR or is it more shortscum trolling?
Comment by CommonCentsforDollars on Mar 10, 2022 1:11pm
He is talking about HEXO. It has no affect on Tilray's deal with HEXO. In the Jan. 25 warning, the Nasdaq gave Hexo 180 calendar days – until July 25, 2022 – to regain compliance. If the Nasdaq-traded shares do not rise to $1 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days before that date, the company could be eligible for additional time to regain compliance if it meets the Nasdaq’s ...more

I doubt Hexo or Tilray or Molson Coors is concerned if Hexo starts trading on CSE and continues making cannabis investments into the USA. This cannabis facility listed here is just 2 miles from the Sweetwater Beer Distillery also in Fort Collins Colorado. Short drive to Breckenridge Whiskey Distillery. You are correct. That would be the smart thing to do, dropping down to the CSE not only for the reason you mention. Delisting off of the TSX and Nasdaq would ALSO force short sellers to have to Cover. Between the TSX and Nasdaq for HEXO there are 57.43 Million Shares Sold Short as per the last Report.

Oooooh you've hatched a nasty plan Dr Evil LOL. Would LOVE seeing shorts scurrying back into their rancid holes with nothing left in their pockets. Btw Common, was rotglmfao when you described weekly options as playing with matches, gas and gunpowder (something like that) all at the same time. Giant titanium clackers! I'll stick to my 2 year leap calls for now...
Comment by CommonCentsforDollars on Mar 10, 2022 3:30pm
I expect if HEXO did that it would help boost all cannabis stocks with a massive Short Covering on HEXO. I think HEXO should just do it, drop down to the CSE. Nothing to lose and everything to gain. Yeah my Round 2 of these Calls the explosives were doused in gas and a spark hit from the matches. The weeklies are crazy to play. $11 contracts hit a low of $3 today,.. currently at $6. The old ...more

This moron still at it.  Wow.  Clownmancents still calling for a short squeeze after his $60 gamma squeeze call.  Lol the shorts already won many times over from his $60 call.  Now he is pretending he is this good trader with his daily day trade.  Just lolololololol.  Hexo is a loser, a bankrupt company.  It is finished.  Ir*wink is going to get a huge bonus ...more

When a company delist.  This is the absolute worst case scenario.  Your money is gone.  That is what will happen will Hexo.  Ir*wink will get a bonus.  Shareholders will get stuck with the bag.  A company delist, They don't have to cover nothing.  Another Clownmancents absolute nonsense theory.  Cheers.
