Re-Introduced SAFE - May Just Be High Hopes Again?
While I'm somewhat optimistic (again), I have little to no faith in those politicians. Those idiots blocked the veterans research bill in the Senate as the GOP voted against it 57-42. Veteran's advocacy groups had supported the Bill and the GOP has always been pro military so why didn't get approved? It just seems that the GOP wants nothing to do with pot and that big pharma, the largest spending lobbyists by far, get their way again. This line from the article sums up the possible passage of SAFE:
Though the bill isn’t technically dead, the vote raises practical questions not just about the prospects of the veterans legislation but also other bipartisan marijuana measures that lawmakers are working to advance, like cannabis banking reform.

Yea, possession of an arsenal of assault weapons is okay but not pot. Who could vote for such a twisted, sick ideology?

why the hate against guns...do you go past a parking lot and say "look, acres of potential fatal hit and runs" people need to stop trying to blame inanimate objects for the actions of unstable people

Unfortunately too many unstable people specially in the US so it would definitely be a good thing to change the rules. Poor country.. good luck to people that live in the US.

Lets see now, cars are for transportation, and assault weapons are for killing people. If you do not know the difference, then that sounds pretty unstable to me. JMHO
