Target the Dips

If you are adding to average down your shareprice then your best chance is to target the dips. The shares for sale there are either the paper hand traders or spoof shares, either way it weakens the shorts ability to buy back / cover on the cheap

Don't add if you're nervous, adding then will just stress you out more
