Tilray Brands - German Cannabis Legalization Update

The German Bundesrat, the parliament with representatives of the 16 states, will discuss the bill for phase 1 of the legalization of cannabis in Germany on Friday, September 29 @ 9am

NOTE: Phase 1 will not change has little if any changes for Tilray's German or European operations.

Phase 2 will be Adult Retail Sales in Select regions. To be voted on this fall.

Medical Cannabis has been removed from the Narcotics list for January 1, 2024 will be the greatest increase for Tilray Germany & Tilray Europe, in the short term
