You don't find it odd that Tilray doesn't provide a NY address for their HQ either on their website or in their SEC filings (unlike Coke or BH)? Did they just relocate this year?
There is this postscript in their annual filing:
"We also lease space for other smaller offices in the United States, Canada, Europe and other parts of the world."
So their HQ is a rental. Yes, Tilray has made many acquisitions, none of which has made them profitable. Yes, they have subsidiaries worldwide, but don't disclose the revenue generated nor the operational costs for each subsidiary. They've blown over $5 billion, but have a tangible book value of only $383 million.
Tilray now faces intense competition in Europe and elsewhere, where the players speak several languages fluently. Simon has difficulty with one. Beer is not going to be the savior, but I have some marketing ideas. Does anybody know the address to send it to?
