that US cannabis legislation - SAFE, rescheduling, legalization - will have no effect on Canadian cannnabis companies, a quick review of past Tilray promoters posts will show that THEY certainly didn't.

But -  when you Tilray will benefit when it happens years from now, well that's easy to say - please explain for the benefit of the board exactly how that will roll out and the time frame.

If cannabis is legalized Jan 1, 2030 - will Tilray product be on the shelves Jan 2?
Or do you think they'll have to apply for federal import licences and state licence application - and that will take - oh, maybe a week?
What retail stores will be selling product in? Ones iwned by the vertically integrated MSOs - like Curaleaf, Cresco or The Cannabist? who will have an established market share after 20 years of operation - with easier access to expansion in their own country?

But my question has always been - if you want to invest in the CANNABIS sector - and you say you're waiting for YS legalization, why have you put your money into a dead money Canadian cannabis lp for what you say will be a 10 year hold - rather than a U.S. MSO, which have been operating in the US longer than Tilrays existence - in states that have legalized. 

This promoter argument began well before the current alcohol acquisitions - and to now say 'just wait because Tilray will introduce THC bevrrages when the US legalizes' is nonsensical. Do you not understand that there's already infused beverages in the US?

Will Tilray succeed in the alcohol sector - we'll see I guess, but they will never compete on any large scale in US cannabis sector.

I don't know why you're concerned with'views' - maybe you don't get a lot because the Stockhouse 'market ' has set your viewing price according to the quality of your posts?

Yes Keeler you're right about descheduling  or safe not effecting  Tilray.,.,  Everyone knows this ,,
it's common knowledge,,,,

It also won't affect MSO companies in the United States because it  wil never get passed in the Senate,,,
It doesn't matter what version it is ,,,revised,, new and improved   ,, whatever version you want,,,

When it comes time to vote and all eyes are on each other they will  never get the votes to get it passed,,,,( no matter whatever their voting on )

And as far as Biden  trying to do anything forget about it ,,,if he wanted to he would have  by now,,

Trump has no interest either if he  did he would have when he was president,,,

But eventually years and years away if the United States does legalize at the  federal level 

Tilray would definitely be able to take advantage of the legalization,,, you would have to be a complete moron  not to realize this ,,,,

Until then Tilray will keep diversifying  and expanding in the world,,,
