Not sure if it goes into Sedar? David Klein was on TDR this afternoon, but I missed his interview

CEO David Klein said that Canopy USA filing will be next week and has been approved.

The final approval will be put to a  shareholders vote on April 12th. (just after Tilray's 3rd quarter release April 9 +/-).

This could be great news for Tilray USA.
