RE:Tilray it seems is

Not sure how they are doing it, has to be a slippery slope.
Im sure if there is a way in for Tilray, Canopy, they will find it.
New regulations need to be addressed in The Farm Bill in regards to hemp. Could be another, jump to soon into the market without clear regulation from the Feds.

Iowa’s top craft beer brand by sales has purchased a majority share in Climbing Kites, Iowa’s first cannabis-infused sparkling water, with plans for immediate direct-to-consumer expansion in 42 states.

The brand, currently available at Big Grove Brewery taprooms and other retail locations in Iowa, gives consumers a new way to get a buzz without alcohol thanks to its federally legal THC derived from hemp. The drink was launched in 2024 by Des Moines’ Lua Brewing team and co-founder, Scott Selix.
