The dilution

Will only will used if approved on acquisition and growth. It will not take effect immediately!  It's a line of credit for Irwin to make an acquisition which will add to Tilrays over all value like Sweetwater has. Irwin most likely has his eye on purchase as we speak but needs the financial firepower to do so.

Yes we were downgraded buy one analyst and even the revised price at 19 dollars is far higher then the SP as we stand at the moment.

I personally believe we will have small beat on earning tomorrow.  It may not be great but possibly not nearly as bad as some are calling for  we will see strength on retail sales globally and Sweetwater sales.  There may have been some stories costs to the merger but Tilray did a fantastic job cutting it expenses and moving towards profitability shortly before merger.  Today is just a broader market red day.  Take a look at nio and other growth stocks taking a beating today many of which don't report tomorrow earnings.  Stay calm everyone and add if you choose to but I recommend not to panic sell your shares

"A small beat on earnings". ........... You must be joking!

Not a profit! All though anything is possible. A small beat compared to what analysts are calling.  With the combined global customer base I can see that happening.  Sweetwater sales improving and European sales between the combined company. There may be a good surprise in comparison to the disaster people are expecting. I'm not joking Vinny those are my thoughts
