The filing mentions it was in connection to the original Sweetwater acquisition. Filing is for acq of WC IPA LLC which owns Green Flash Brew that from the sounds of it has made a comeback under the 2018 till now ownership.The filing also says it was also for Cheese Grits (owner of sweetwater distillery) which has been a wholly owned company of Freddy Bensch since January of 2005.  I see the
